Brigade Enterprises ne 6 October 2025 ko West Chennai me 6.6 acre zameen ke liye joint development agreement (JDA) ki ghoshna ki thi. Company ne kaha tha ki project ka launch 2026 me expected hai, lekin regulatory approvals milne ke baad hi. Abhi tak koi official launch ya TNRERA registration public nahi hua hai.
Approvals milne ke baad project TNRERA par register hota hai. Uske baad hi brochure, price list aur floor plans jaari hote hain aur booking shuru hoti hai. Dekhiye RERA approved hai ya nahi.
Interest register kijiye, budget aur loan ki taiyari kijiye, lekin RERA number aane se pehle paisa mat dijiye. Padhiye booking kaise kare.
