Arcot Road is one of West Chennai's busiest east–west corridors, running from Kodambakkam through Vadapalani, Saligramam and Virugambakkam to Porur. Brigade Arcot Road brings a premium, gated apartment community to this corridor, with expected 3 and 4 BHK homes on a 6.6-acre site.
Arcot Road carries heavy traffic, and metro construction adds noise and diversions for now. Inside a large campus, towers set back from the main road can feel much quieter. Ask for the site plan and choose your tower and floor accordingly. See flats near Arcot Road.
Consider orientation, distance from the road, view over landscaped areas and floor level. Higher floors often get better light and breeze; see high-floor apartments.
