The Tamil Nadu Real Estate Regulatory Authority (TNRERA) registers residential projects in the state. Under RERA, developers must register projects before advertising, marketing or selling units, and disclose approvals, plans, timelines and progress. No TNRERA registration number has been published for Brigade Arcot Road so far.
